Notice of Meeting on 25 January 2006 (5.352)

This notice sets out proposed amendments to the Rules for Class 5, the Protection and Indemnity class, to be considered at a separate meeting on 25 January 2006.

The changes cover unreasonable conduct, cargo, fines, sue and labour costs, and settlement of claims. The notice also explains the purpose of each amendment and the planned effective date of noon GMT on 20 February 2006.
