This notice announces a separate meeting of members of Class 8, the Freight, Demurrage and Defence class, to consider amendments to the Rules.

The proposed changes relate to Rule 4 on unreasonable conduct and Rule 21 on settlement of claims, and would take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2006 if adopted.
