London P&I gives notice of a separate meeting of members of Class 5, the Protection and Indemnity class, to consider amendments to the rules with effect from 20 February 1999.

The proposed changes cover unreasonable conduct, pollution, fines and nuclear risks. The notice also explains the purpose of each amendment and the reasons for the changes.
