This notice sets out a separate meeting of members of Class 8, the Freight, Demurrage and Defence class, to consider changes to the rules with effect from 20 February 1999.

The proposed amendments update Rule 4 on unreasonable conduct and introduce a new requirement for members to take reasonable steps to protect their interests in relation to date compliance, including the Millennium Bug.
