This notice sets out proposed amendments to the rules of Class 5, the Protection and Indemnity class, to be considered at a separate meeting on 27 January 2010.

The circular covers changes to classification, inspections, cargo, fines, guarantees, claims handling, termination, and laid-up returns, with the amended rules intended to take effect from 20 February 2010.
