Notice of Meeting on 28 January 2000 (7.062)

London P&I gave notice of a separate meeting of members of Class 7, the War Risks Class, to consider amendments to the rules with effect from 20 February 2000.

The proposed changes were designed to align the automatic termination of cover clause with the Association’s reinsurance arrangements and to remove conflicts between the rules on war outbreaks and requisition.
