Notice of Meeting on 28 January 2004 (5.329)

This notice invites members of Class 5, the Protecting and Indemnity Class, to a separate meeting on 28 January 2004 to consider amendments to the Rules. The proposed changes cover definitions, subrogation, application and disclosure requirements, ship security, cargo and fines wording, and the scope of war risks exclusions.

The circular also explains the purpose of each amendment and notes that the revised Rules would take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2004 if adopted.
