Notice of Meeting on 28 January 2004 (8.073)

This notice sets out proposed amendments to the rules for Class 8, the Freight, Demurrage and Defence Class, to be considered at a separate meeting on 28 January 2004. The changes cover definitions, application and disclosure requirements, ship certification and security, limits on cover, claims handling, co-assureds, other assureds and affiliates, and termination provisions.

London P&I is asking members to consider a series of rule changes that would take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2004 if adopted.
