This notice sets out proposed amendments to London P&I's Rules for Class 5, the Protection and Indemnity Class, to be considered at a separate meeting on 28 January 2009.

The proposals cover crew claims, diversion expenses, cargo liabilities, omnibus cover, war and nuclear risks, guaranties and certificates, and the period of insurance and novation.
