Notice of Meeting on 28 January 2009 (7.09)

This notice sets out proposed changes to the War Risks Class Rules, including cover for hull, freight and related interests, as well as changes to termination and novation provisions.

The amendments were to be considered at a separate meeting of Class 7 members on 28 January 2009 and, if adopted, would take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2009.
