Notice of Meeting on 29 January 2003 (5.318)

London P&I gave notice of a separate meeting of members of Class 5, the Protection and Indemnity class, to consider amendments to the Rules with effect from 20 February 2003.

The proposed changes covered passenger liabilities, diversion expenses, pollution, cargo liabilities, and jurisdiction and law. The circular also explained the purpose of each amendment.
