This notice sets out a separate meeting of members of Class 8, the Freight, Demurrage and Defence class, to consider changes to Rule 42 on jurisdiction and law. The proposed amendment would allow London P&I to begin and continue proceedings in other jurisdictions, as well as in England, to recover outstanding calls or other amounts.
