Notice of Meeting on 30 January 2008 (5.371)

This notice sets out proposed amendments to the Rules for Class 5, the protecting and indemnity class, to be considered at a separate meeting on 30 January 2008.

The changes relate to cargo cover, special cover for charterers and the limits on cover for cargo carried on consortium ships. The notice also explains that the amendments were intended to take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2008, if adopted.
