Notice of Meeting on 31 January 2007 (8.082)

This notice sets out proposed amendments to the Freight, Demurrage and Defence Rules, to be considered at a separate meeting of Class 8 members on 31 January 2007.

The changes would update the wording on risks covered, claims handling, policy year closure, and payment of calls, with effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2007 if adopted.
