Oil Pollution in The United States - Tanker Voyage Additional Premium System - 2004/05 Policy Year (5.331)

This circular explains the special additional premium arrangements that apply for tanker US OPA 90 pollution liabilities in the 2004/05 policy year. London P&I sets out who needs to declare voyages, when declarations are due, the different premium rates, and the instructions for completing the quarterly forms.

Members who want cover must continue or begin making quarterly voyage declarations under Rule 9.15.1.5.3, and should note that lower rates apply to tankers fitted with segregated ballast tanks.
