Oil Pollution in the United States Tanker Voyage Additional Premium System 2013/14 Policy Year (5.466)

London P&I confirms that special arrangements for US OPA 90 pollution liabilities on tankers will apply again for the 2013/14 policy year, subject to quarterly declarations and the relevant additional premium rates.

Members needing cover must agree to make declarations by 20 February 2013, and any member who has declared in previous years must continue to do so if cover is still required.
