London P&I is drawing members’ attention to two service offers connected with California’s new non-tank vessel pollution prevention regulations. Both relate to arrangements for qualified individual, spill management team and oil spill response support.

We also note that a further circular will follow once the final version of the California regulation for non-tank vessels has been published.
