This circular explains how London P&I applies cover to paperless trading systems, including Bolero, and when members should notify the managers before using electronic trade documentation.

It also sets out the Paperless Trading Endorsement, which excludes certain liabilities linked to paperless systems unless London P&I decides those liabilities would have arisen under conventional paper documentation.
