Paperless Trading - Electronic Shipping Solutions (5.368)

This circular explains how London P&I's paperless trading endorsement applies to electronic shipping systems, including Bolero and Electronic Shipping Solutions (ESS).

It confirms that additional market cover is available for Members using these systems, provided the use is declared to the Managers. It also clarifies the scope of the endorsement and advises Members involved in electronic transmission of bills of lading to seek confirmation that their P&I cover is not affected.
