Paperless Trading (Electronic Trading Systems) - Update to E-TITLE – cancellation of R3 ownership (5.605)

This circular updates Members on changes to the E-TITLE electronic trading system. London P&I confirms that ownership of the legal framework has reverted to E-TITLE and that its approved entity status within the International Group remains in place.

It also notes that the trading name will change back from Corda eBL to E-TITLE electronic trading system, following the end of the agreement with R3.
