Paperless Trading Electronic Trading Systems Update to E-TITLE – Change of Ownership and approval of Corda eBL as replacement of E-TITLE (5.597)

London P&I explains the change of ownership of E-TITLE, confirms the approval of Corda eBL as its replacement, and reminds members of the cover exclusions that still apply to paperless trading systems.

The circular also highlights the Corda eBL User Agreement, which has been approved by the International Group, and advises members to check liability cover for non-P&I risks when using an application service provider licensed by R3.
