Paperless Trading Electronic Trading Systems Update to essDOCS Terms and Conditions - approval of DSUA 2021.1 (5.595)

London P&I confirms approval of the updated essDOCS terms and conditions, DSUA 2021.1, which will take effect on 1 July 2021.

The circular also explains the changes to the agreement, including updates to data protection wording, Singapore law and jurisdiction options, and reminds members that existing cargo carriage exclusions continue to apply.
