Proposed Rule Changes - Class 5 and Class 8 (8.103)

This circular sets out proposed amendments to the rules for Class 5 and Class 8, with member meetings scheduled for 28 January 2015.

The changes are split into two resolutions. The first relates to a proposed reorganisation of London P&I and its Bermuda parallel mutual, while the second covers more routine rule updates. If approved, the changes were due to take effect from 20 February 2015.
