Regulations of The People's Republic of China on the prevention and control of marine pollution from ships (5.504)

This circular explains the updated IG recommended wording for ship pollution response contracts used for port entry and operations in the People's Republic of China.

London P&I advises members that the revised wording remains consistent with the regulations and detailed rules, and that it should be used for new contracts with ship pollution response organisations. Existing contracts do not need to be changed if they have not yet expired.
