Revised Himalaya Clause for Bills of Lading and other Contracts (5.501)

London P&I explains a revised Himalaya clause for use in bills of lading and other contracts, following a joint review by the International Group of P&I Clubs and BIMCO.

We note that the updated wording was developed to make it clear that the protection under the clause extends to managers, and members are recommended to amend their contracts of carriage accordingly.
