Rule Changes – Class 5 (5.590)

This notice sets out proposed rule changes for Class 5, the protecting and indemnity class, including amendments to towage, fines, legal costs, guarantees and cover for co-assureds and other assureds.

The changes were scheduled for consideration at a separate meeting of members on 27 January 2021, with the updated wording intended to take effect from noon G.M.T. on 20 February 2021 if adopted.
