Rule Changes – Class 5 (5.657)

This circular gives notice of proposed changes to the rules for class 5, the Protection and Indemnity class, including updates to cargo cover, electronic trading systems, fines, sue and labour, consortium claims, release calls and jurisdiction.

• A separate meeting will be held on 5 February 2025.
• The proposed rule amendments would take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2025.
• The changes include wording updates, clarifications and exclusions across several rules.
