Rule Changes - Class 8 (8.119)

London P&I has set out proposed amendments to the rules for Class 8, the Freight, Demurrage and Defence class, to be considered at a separate meeting on 1 February 2023.

The circular also explains the proposed rule updates on Brexit-related arrangements, fair presentation of risk, changes to insurance risk, certificates of entry and release calls.
