Rule Changes – Class 8 (8.121)

London P&I has issued notice of a separate meeting for members of class 8, the Freight, Demurrage and Defence class, to consider amendments to Rule 28 on termination following insolvency or liquidation.

The proposed change clarifies that the rule also applies where the assured’s parent company is subject to the relevant insolvency or liquidation event.
