This circular confirms the Committee's position on Class 8 Freight, Demurrage & Defence supplementary and release calls. London P&I states that the class remains financially healthy and sets out the call levels and expected closure dates for the 1996/97, 1997/98, 1998/99 and 1999/2000 policy years.
