The Hamburg Rules (5.357)

This circular explains that London P&I no longer recommends two bill of lading clauses previously issued in connection with the Hamburg Rules. Members who use, or plan to use, these clauses are advised to contact the Managers for guidance on suitable alternatives.

It also records the text of the former Form A and Form B clauses, which set out how the Hague, Hague/Visby and Hamburg Rules were intended to apply in different trading situations.
