The Proposed Governance Restructuring of The London P&I Club (the “Association”) (5.540)

This circular explains London P&I’s proposal to restructure its governance by creating a new Members’ Committee and a smaller Board from 20 February 2017.

It also sets out the member approvals needed, the first proposed committee and Board appointments, and the meeting notices issued for Classes 5, 7 and 8.
