The UK Insurance Act 2015 (5.518)

This circular explains how London P&I and other affected International Group Clubs will respond to the UK Insurance Act 2015, which comes into force on 12 August 2016.

It sets out which parts of the new Act London P&I will adopt, which parts it will contract out of, and how these changes affect disclosure, warranties, fraudulent claims and payment of claims.
