London P&I highlights concerns about iron concentrate and iron ore fines cargoes loaded at Ukrainian ports, where moisture content may exceed the transportable moisture limit and create a liquefaction risk. We also note practical difficulties with surveyor access at Yuzhny and ask members to plan ahead and contact the Managers promptly if safety concerns arise.
