US Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (5.319)

This circular explains how London P&I will provide special war risks P&I cover for the 2003/04 policy year so that the requirements of the US Terrorism Risk Insurance Act 2002 can be met.

It confirms the cover will include acts of terrorism as defined in the Act, sets out the increased limit of US$400m, and notes how the premium will be applied.
