US Vessel Response Plans - Alaska and Oregon (5.532)

This circular explains recent updates to compliant US vessel response plan arrangements for non-tank vessels trading in parts of Alaska and Oregon. It confirms approval of a new Western Alaska provider, notes that SEAPRO is now a compliant contract for South East Alaska, and explains that the CBRC plan for Coos Bay does not prejudice P&I cover.

London P&I also reminds members that some response contractors in Alaska, Oregon and Hawaii still do not conform to the International Group guidelines, so additional insurance may be required in some cases.
