US Vessel Response Plans - California Shoreline Protection - MSRC - So Cal Ship Services (SCSS), California (5.521)

This circular explains changes to California shoreline protection and on-water response services for vessels operating in the Port of Hueneme and the southbound traffic lanes of the Santa Barbara Channel from 1 January 2016.

London P&I confirms that MSRC will stop providing enhanced California Shoreline Protection and On Water Response Coverage in these areas, and that So Cal Ship Services will provide the response services needed to meet California State Regulations.
