US Vessel Response Plans - Update re Alaska and Guam (5.511)

This circular updates members on vessel response plan arrangements in Western Alaska and Guam. London P&I explains which response contractors now have contracts and enrolment terms that conform with the International Group guidelines, and where additional insurance is no longer needed.

It also reminds members that some spill response contractors in Alaska, Oregon and Hawaii still have non-conforming contracts, so additional insurance may be required for trading to those areas.
