Biography

I help members across different regions navigate P&I and FD&D issues with practical advice. My aim is to take complexity off their hands and smoothly guide them to the best outcome. I enjoy the variety of issues and the challenge of finding effective solutions, and really value being a trusted point of support. My breadth of experience gives me a strong sense of how issues develop, especially cross-border claims. My international background helps me connect easily across different regions and understand their challenges. I'm also involved in our sanctions teams, assisting with sanctions compliance and supporting members with sanctions‑related issues.
