Biography

I focus on giving prompt responses to all members’ enquiries and requests. I find it particularly rewarding when I interact with members and gain their trust. I built up my underwriting foundation as an underwriting assistant, learning all the way until I became an underwriter within five years. This background helps me have a great insight into how our underwriting team works and a clear understanding of members’ needs. Earlier in my career, I worked in another industry, requiring strong relationship-building skills that continue to support my role today.
