Biography

I help our members evaluate their third-party liability risk profile in the context of our 150+years of P&I claims experience. I find the world of ship inspection to be a valuable insight into members’ daily operational realities, and introducing areas of improvement is a rewarding task.  I am a Master Mariner with experience in the tanker and offshore oil and gas sectors, where oil major standards of operations provide an excellent benchmark for enhancing performance. I am a mariner at heart, even after over a decade ashore.  I am a boat owner myself and still enjoy life afloat when possible.
