Biography

I help ensure our financial decisions are underpinned by robust actuarial analysis, sound judgement and governance, and proportionate to the risks, giving members confidence in our long-term stability. I began my career in actuarial consulting, gaining experience across reserving, capital, risk and regulatory reporting, and now coordinate our actuarial function. My role is providing clear, independent insight that supports sustainable underwriting and capital management. I’m particularly interested in how actuarial analysis informs decision-making in uncertain areas, and in translating complex outputs into genuinely useful insight for Boards and members. I enjoy travelling and getting out on the golf course.
