I work closely with the Club’s Far East and Southeast Asian members, offering prompt, clear initial responses to claims notifications that set the tone for effective handling. Every day brings new challenges, and helping members navigate these efficiently is very rewarding. With over eight years at sea as a navigating officer and ashore as a marine surveyor, I can better picture claims scenarios and offer practical, commercial solutions. I am a people person and enjoy taking part in crew conferences and senior officers’ seminars, sharing practical P&I knowledge and interacting with the seafarers who are the heart of shipping.
