Biography
I have nearly 20 years’ experience supporting our Korean members with claims handling and underwriting issues. I focus on clear communication and practical guidance, with an aim to make complex situations easier to manage and ensure matters are resolved as efficiently as possible. I enjoy finding practical solutions when difficult claims or underwriting challenges arise, and it’s rewarding bringing clarity to issues that initially seem complicated. Outside of work, I enjoy drag racing and other extreme sports. I like staying active and challenging myself with new things.
