I support members with personnel-related claims throughout the process and help ensure claims are handled efficiently. Every case is different, making the work challenging – and rewarding. I graduated in International Shipping and Transport Logistics, which has given me a solid foundation in maritime operations and handling crew claims. Growing up in Hong Kong’s global hub also helped me understand both the local culture and the fast-paced shipping industry.
