Biography

I help our Korean members stay connected to the club by bridging linguistic and time-zone gaps, ensuring a seamless partnership. I also provide dedicated claims resolution support to protect their interests and achieve efficient outcomes. I am most interested in solving unforeseen problems through close collaboration with members. This shared journey of resolving complex claims gives me a sense of accomplishment and reinforces our strong relationship. My academic background in maritime law, combined with experience as a Chief Officer and career at major Korean shipping companies, allows me to offer clear, technical guidance based on how ships actually work.
