Biography

I ensure clear, member and broker-focused communications and activities, taking out complexity and making information accessible and understandable. I love working with people who work tirelessly to  support members and assureds and the ever-changing face of the maritime industry. There’s so much scope to modernise and make better experiences whilst ensuring first-class service.

I’ve spent 30+ years leading marketing teams across IT, financial services, insurance and P&I, allowing me to share experiences of positive customer-focused change. Outside work, I split my time between town and country. I love the outdoors, support the arts, and happily relax with a good book
