Karen Hearn

Biography

I help members and colleagues by completing tasks like drafting messages, organising information and creating documents. I find it interesting and sometimes challenging, but always adjust my support to what’s needed and help as best as I can at the time. I joined the club at the age of 15, and some 40+ years later, I have a strong understanding of what is required of me. While it’s fair to say I’ve seen the business evolve, I’ve only had this one job, so it’s a good company to work for.
