Biography

I assist members in identifying issues promptly, providing clear responses along with risk factors and frameworks to help them evaluate their options. Experience matters, and while outcomes can sometimes be unexpected, I take pride in fighting for members to achieve the best possible results. I started my career in the claims department of a marine insurance broker, so I could learn more about the shipping industry outside P&I , which allows me to analyse matters from different perspectives. I also spent five years handling claims at another IG Club, developing considerable experience in achieving desirable outcomes.
