I support members by guiding them clearly through processes and resolving queries efficiently, My goal is to reduce pressure and provide reliable support at every step. I’m interested in working closely with members to understand their needs and provide tailored, proactive support. Every case is different, which keeps the role engaging and meaningful. With my background at Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) and work in different sectors, I have a broad perspective on challenges and member needs that allows me to help them through complex situations with confidence. Outside work, I enjoy gymnastics and dancing, which keep me energised and creative.
